Original bed arrived within two weeks,but the footboard had a crack in it that someone had tried - very poorly - to fix. We sent it back with the original trucker. DA customer service was very pleasant and two weeks later we received the replacement. It was just unfortunate that the footboard left their warehouse in the first place - their quality control obviously needs more attention! BE SURE YOU DON'T SIGN UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED YOUR FURNITURE, AND DO IT BEFORE THE TRUCK LEAVES!
