For the price, the quality is good, the table is solid and easy to assemble, and the design is classic modern. I'm a designer, so I'm "picky" but I'd recommend this table. It may not be large enough for a dining room, but it's great for a breakfast area, or bedroom, or small office conference or work table. I covered mine with clear plastic to avoid scratching the glass while working but to still be able to see through the top.
