I ordered 3 units total over 6000,00 and never got my free trip, i should at least get 2 packages.

May is attempting to fix this but she was not able, i am also attempting to order one more sectional and this 12 weeks for delivery is killing me.

Prior to placing my order I reviewed countless numbers of comments and ratings from several websites. I went with this company because of its reviews and customer feedback. I have to say I am impressed. I place my order on Friday, February 17th and it was delivered to my door step on Monday, February 27th.

Please note, with curb side delivery, the carrier does not do anything but remove the merchandise from the truck. You have to unpack, clean up and inspect. (all this while the driver is watching or talking on his cell). Luckily for us, it didn't rain until after we got the furniture inside the house.

CAUTION: I did noticed that the tempered glass was damaged. So I had to decide to refuse the order and have them re-deliver or take it as is. The glass wasn't damage during delivery it was tightly boxed and taped I believe it was a manufacture's error. I will be contacting the company to see what actions they can take.

With that being said, I love my new sectional.

The only problem was trying to connect the parts in the middle. Other than that, great product! Very happy!!
