Excellent product. I had them delivered to CA where my wedding took place. At first the customer service was difficult due to an agent who didn't know what she was doing, but I was called back after intially cancelling my order (she couldn't tell me when they would arrive or guarantee they'd arrive in time). The manager who called me back got me a tracking number, and it all worked out nicely.
